Job Title: Line Cook (Wood-Fired Grill & Sautee)
Job Summary
We are seeking a fast, efficient Line Cook for a high-volume Italian kitchen. This role focuses on line cooking—grilling premium meats and tossing pastas in real time as tickets come in. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure and excels at open-flame cooking.
Key Responsibilities
Station Prep: Must have the ability to reliably inventory and prep a station daily in accordance to Chef’s instruction and expected business levels.
Order-by-Order Execution: Cook and plate grilled meats, seafood, and high-volume pasta dishes dynamically as orders hit the line.
Ticket Timing: Coordinate cook times across the oven, grill, and pasta stations to ensure entire table orders finish together.
Station Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized line during high-volume service and safely manage grill ashes.
