Duties:
- Cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Proven experience as a cook or line cook
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
