As a Line Cook at Triple Creek Kitchen & Spirits we are looking for someone who is a dependable multitasker that is comfortable working on a team. He/she is experienced, hardworking and with knowledge of food safety. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. There are openings for both AM and PM shifts.

Responsibilities:

Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of product served.

Knows and complies consistently with quality standards and F&B rules, policies and procedures.

Stocks and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.

Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation are including tables, shelves, refrigeration equipment.

Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up on all dishes.

Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. Assists in food prep assignments as needed.

Close the kitchen properly.

Requirements:

1 or more years of experience as a line cook.

Skills:

Proven cooking experience, including experience as restaurant cook or prep cook.

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

Familiar with industry’s best practices.

Triple Creek Kitchen and Spirits is a friendly environment where each individual is considered an important part of the team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of cooking experience and an active food handler's card. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
