What You’ll Do

• Lead with Empathy: Approach every task with care, whether preparing meals or helping teammates succeed.
• Take Care of People: Prepare and present delicious, well-crafted dishes that make every guest feel valued.
• Include Others: Collaborate with your kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth service and great communication.
• Inspire to Succeed: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety, bringing pride to your craft every day.
• Overcome Obstacles: Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment and keep a calm, solution-focused mindset when challenges arise.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety, preparation, and presentation standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
