Line Cook - Burger Theory

Join our Food and Beverage team as a Line Cook and play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience for every guest. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in preparing high-quality dishes with consistency and care.

As a Line Cook, you will work closely with our Food and Beverage leadership to execute menu items to brand standards, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to a positive, team-driven culture. We are currently seeking two full-time or part-time Line Cooks for the AM and PM shift. Weekend and potential holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow Director of a food & Beverage instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Skills

  • Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
