We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in the restaurant or food industry. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests. Duties

• Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist in menu planning and food preparation for daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
