We’re looking for reliable, energetic cooks to join our Wingstop team. As a cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing our signature wings, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring every order meets our quality standards. This role is fast-paced and ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team environment and takes pride in delivering great food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Wingstop recipes and standards
- Operate fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet company expectations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper food storage
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining accuracy
- Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
