Katie's Kitchen at Carson Valley Inn is currently seeking qualified Full Time & Seasonal Line Cooks to fill Katie's Line Cook positions.

Line Cook Responsibilities:

• Line Cooks are responsible for maintaining Restaurant service standards, including food safety and sanitation standards.
• Line Cooks are responsible for preparing superior food quality items in a high volume in our Casual Dining Restaurant - Katie's Kitchen.
• Line Cooks should have previous high volume experience in Casino restaurants preferred.
• Line Cooks should also be able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy.
• Line Cooks must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure.
• Line Cooks must be Team players - who welcome diversity
• Line Cooks must be able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion
• Line Cooks must be able to read, speak, understand and write English

Shift:

• FT - Day Shift/Swing - Seasonal and Permanent
• Weekend and Holiday work required.
