Linen Shift Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Linen Shift Leader to oversee daily laundry and linen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and quality while supervising the handling of uniforms and linens for club and facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise receiving, sorting, recording, and distribution of linens and uniforms
• Prepare linen requirements for daily functions and events
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing laundry items
• Inspect finished laundry from contractors before acceptance
• Coordinate with external laundry suppliers for discrepancies
• Ensure linen room is clean, organized, and well maintained
• Conduct quality inspections and maintain housekeeping standards
• Manage shift opening, closing, and proper handover
• Provide courteous service to guests and colleagues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Housekeeping or similar role
• High School education or Diploma
• Conversational English skills
• Knowledge of different types of linens and laundry processes
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and holidays
• Professional grooming and positive attitude
• Asian candidates will be preferred.
• Transferrable visa is required.
