Liner Installer / Construction Laborer – Tyndall Air Force Base

Job Type: Full-time, On-Site
Schedule: 5 days per week
Overtime: Paid after 40 hours

Sign-on Bonus: $150.00 after the first 30 days. $350.00 after first 60 days.

Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable field worker to join our crew for active liner installation work at Tyndall Air Force Base. This role involves assisting with liner placement, material handling, seam preparation, and general site work in an active construction environment. Candidates with experience in liner installation, geomembrane work, welding seams, or outdoor civil construction are strongly preferred.

What We’re Looking For

• Construction field experience preferred
• Experience with liner work, seam welding, or similar installation work is a plus
• Able to work outdoors full-time in active jobsite conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Able to lift materials and work with a crew under schedule demands
• Punctual and dependable

Base Access Requirement

Because this project is located on a military installation:

• Must be able to pass background screening for base access
• Clean record required
• Valid identification required

Compensation

• Pay based on experience
• Typical range: $22–$26 per hour
• Overtime available after 40 hours
