We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented LinkedIn Profile Reinstatement Specialist to join our dynamic legal support team. Duties
- Review suspended or deactivated LinkedIn profiles to determine reasons for account restrictions.
- Conduct thorough legal research on platform policies, user agreements, and relevant laws such as privacy regulations and online conduct standards.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and verify identity for profile reinstatement requests.
- Draft clear, detailed appeals and correspondence to LinkedIn’s support team, articulating the case for profile reinstatement.
- Manage case files using document management systems like iManage or similar platforms, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws including employment law, privacy law, and other relevant legal areas such as UCC law or tribal regulations when applicable.
- Track case progress, follow up on pending requests, and update clients regularly on status developments.
Skills
- Strong understanding of legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and PCLaw.
- Experience with legal case management systems and document review processes.
- Knowledge of social media platform policies, online privacy laws, and internet regulations.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting appeals, reports, and client correspondence.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks including data entry, filing, proofreading, transcription, and document management systems like iManage or similar platforms.
- Ability to conduct thorough research across various legal domains including employment law, privacy law, UCC law, tribal law & regulations, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, patent law, securities law, family law, landlord-tenant law, immigration law, environmental law, litigation procedures, and contract review.
