LinkedIn Growth & Social Media Strategist (Software Industry)

Role Overview

We are hiring a LinkedIn-first Social Media Strategist who will be responsible for driving organic growth, engagement, and inbound leads through high-quality content and strategic positioning.

This role is not about just posting content.

This role is about building authority, visibility, and trust in the software and AI space.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Growth & Strategy

  • Own and execute the LinkedIn growth strategy for the company
  • Increase followers, engagement rate, and profile visibility
  • Turn LinkedIn into a consistent inbound lead channel

Content Creation

  • Create high-performing LinkedIn content:

o Founder-style posts

o Technical insights

o Case study storytelling

o Industry breakdowns (AI, SaaS, software development)

  • Write scroll-stopping hooks and engaging narratives
  • Plan and manage a weekly content calendar

Personal Branding (Important)

  • Work closely with founders/team to build their personal brands
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles for visibility and credibility

Engagement & Distribution

  • Actively engage with target audience:

o Comment strategy

o DM strategy (non-spam, value-first)

  • Identify trending topics and conversations in tech

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics:

o Reach

o Engagement

o Follower growth

o Leads generated

  • Continuously improve content based on data

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Proven experience growing a LinkedIn account (personal or company)
  • Strong portfolio of LinkedIn posts that generated:

o High engagement

o Viral reach

o Meaningful conversations

  • Deep understanding of:

o LinkedIn algorithm

o Content hooks

o Storytelling for B2B audiences

Strong Personal Presence (Mandatory)

  • Candidate must have an active LinkedIn profile
  • Demonstrated personal brand with consistent posting and engagement
  • Ability to show real results from their own profile growth

Content Skills

  • Excellent writing skills (simple, clear, engaging)
  • Ability to explain technical topics in easy language
  • Experience in software, AI, or SaaS industry is a big plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B lead generation through LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with tools like:

o LinkedIn Analytics

o Buffer / Hootsuite

o Notion / Content planning tools

  • Understanding of SEO + content marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
