LinkedIn GTM Outbound Specialist - Remote

Position: LinkedIn GTM Outbound Specialist

Type: Remote

Timings: Part-time

We are a dynamic company specializing in connecting top-tier Pakistani talent with leading organizations across the EU and the US. Our focus is on delivering exceptional talent solutions for our clients, and we are looking for a LinkedIn GTM Systems Operator to join our team and set up the design, setup, and execution of our LinkedIn outbound GTM engine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and manage a multi-profile LinkedIn outbound infrastructure aligned with our GTM strategy
  • Set up and maintain LinkedIn account infrastructure (profiles, access, pacing, warm-up, and safety standards)
  • Manage multiple LinkedIn profiles in parallel with strict risk distribution and account health monitoring
  • Monitor account health, handle LinkedIn flags, restrictions, and verifications, and execute proper recovery or pause procedures
  • Research, segment, and manage lead lists based on clearly defined ICPs
  • Create, test, and optimize LinkedIn DM scripts and follow-up sequences using progressive psychological framing
  • Implement and manage 7-step follow-up systems focused on frame-shifting, friction reduction, and soft CTAs
  • Set up and manage outreach tooling, automation workflows, and CRM / Notion-based tracking systems
  • Combine manual execution with safe automation, knowing what can and cannot be automated
  • Monitor performance metrics (reply rates, positive responses, booked calls, conversions) and iterate based on data
  • Qualify and analyze reply quality, not just reply volume, to continuously improve targeting and messaging
  • Document systems, rules, and processes to maintain consistency and scalability
  • Continuously optimize pacing, volume, messaging, and system throughput without increasing ban risk
  • Collaborate closely with founders to refine targeting, positioning, offers, and GTM strategy
  • Plan and execute controlled scaling of outreach capacity (profiles, volume, sequencing)
  • Over time, support LinkedIn outreach and positioning for leadership or brand-facing profiles

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn outbound, GTM execution, or sales operations
  • Proven experience working with LinkedIn outreach at scale, not just manual messaging
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn account safety, warm-up processes, pacing, and ban prevention
  • Experience managing multiple LinkedIn profiles simultaneously (risk distribution mindset)
  • Ability to write and deploy high-converting DM scripts and follow-up sequences
  • Experience setting up and running outreach systems, automations, and tracking workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot, pause, and recover outbound systems when issues arise
  • Strong system-thinking mindset: understands volume, consistency, throughput, and bottlenecks
  • Comfortable owning an outbound system end-to-end, from infra to results
  • Excellent written English with clear, concise, and confident communication
  • Experience working with founders, agencies, or B2B service businesses
  • A GTM, sales operations, or growth systems background is a strong plus

Nice to Have (Bonus):

  • Experience with anti-detect browsers (e.g., Ads Power or similar)
  • Familiarity with CRM or Notion-based GTM systems
  • Understanding of outbound psychology and framing (social proof, logic, effort reduction, opportunity cost)
  • Experience transitioning manual outbound into partially automated systems safely
