Job Overview
SymuFolk is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generation Executive to support our business development and recruitment initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads through LinkedIn and other professional platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in scheduling calls and interviews.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and other online platforms
Conduct research to identify potential clients, candidates, and business opportunities
Build and maintain lead databases with accurate information
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns
Coordinate with business development, recruitment, and management teams
Schedule meetings, discovery calls, and interviews with prospects and candidates
Follow up with leads and maintain communication records
Update CRM, spreadsheets, and tracking systems regularly
Assist in preparing lead generation and outreach reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in LinkedIn Lead Generation, Business Development, or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead sourcing techniques

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
