Role Overview
We’re hiring a Junior / Entry-Level LinkedIn B2B Lead Generation Associate who wants to learn how professional LinkedIn outreach and relationship-based lead generation actually works.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates, interns, or candidates with less than 1 year of experience who are eager to build real-world skills in B2B networking, communication, and lead generation.
You’ll be trained to use LinkedIn properly—building connections, starting meaningful conversations, and gradually converting them into qualified leads over time.
You’ll receive a fixed basic salary plus a high commission structure, making this a strong growth opportunity for motivated individuals.
Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedIn Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential B2B prospects on LinkedIn
- Build basic prospect lists based on provided criteria (industry, role, company type)
- Send personalized and professional connection requests
- Initiate conversations in a polite, non-salesy manner
Conversation & Relationship Building
- Engage with prospects through LinkedIn messages
- Maintain respectful, professional conversations
- Follow up with prospects as guided by seniors or team leads
- Learn how to keep conversations warm without pushing sales
Lead Support & Coordination
- Share interested or responsive prospects with the senior team
- Keep simple records of conversations and follow-ups
- Learn how and when a conversation should be converted into a lead or call
Learning & Skill Development
- Learn LinkedIn best practices, limits, and account safety rules
- Improve written communication and professional messaging skills
- Understand the basics of B2B lead qualification
- Apply feedback to continuously improve outreach quality
Required Skills & EligibilityMust-Have
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience (internships count)
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn (profile usage, connections, messaging)
- Good written English and clear communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow structured guidance
- Self-discipline to work responsibly from home
Nice-to-Have
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
- Previous internship or university project related to marketing or sales
- Familiarity with basic spreadsheets or tracking tools

Location & Work Details
- Work Mode: Work from Home (Remote)
- Timings: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Basic Salary: PKR 30,000 per month
- Commission: High, performance-based commission on qualified leads and conversions
