Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented LinkedIn Lead Generator to support our ecommerce business by identifying, connecting, and engaging with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential ecommerce clients on LinkedIn
- Send connection requests and initiate conversations with prospects
- Maintain and update lead data in spreadsheets or CRM
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to improve outreach strategies
- Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement
- Track and report daily/weekly lead generation performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation or similar role
- Strong understanding of ecommerce businesses and target audiences
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cold outreach and prospecting
- Knowledge of digital marketing or ecommerce platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
