The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through LinkedIn by reaching out to healthcare professionals who may need our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and find doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare providers on LinkedIn.
• Perform targeted outreach to small clinics and medical practices in the US.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
• Generate qualified leads for our medical billing and credentialing services.
• Manage LinkedIn inbox and maintain conversations with prospects.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Work with the sales team to schedule appointments or discovery calls.
• Maintain outreach records in CRM or spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach or lead generation.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience targeting healthcare providers or B2B services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Ability to research and identify small medical clinics and private practices.
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in medical billing industry outreach.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn automation tools (Expandi, Dripify, etc.).
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Strong lead qualification skills.
