Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in LinkedIn lead generation and paid advertising. The role focuses on attracting and converting high-value, long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and engage high-paying clients through LinkedIn
• Run and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with Project Manager and UI/UX Designer to understand client requirements
• Maintain strong communication with existing clients regarding project updates
• Support negotiations and lead conversion activities

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn outreach and client engagement
• Hands-on experience with Facebook and Google Ads
• Basic technical understanding of software or IT services
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
