We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Marketing & Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships and generating leads within the US construction, architecture, and project management sectors.
Your primary goal will be to identify decision-makers (contractors, architects, developers) in the US region and pitch our construction estimation and project services via LinkedIn.
- Shift: Night Shift 6pm to 3am(aligned with US business hours)
- Salary: 50,000 PKR / month

Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Outreach: Prospect, connect with, and message potential B2B clients (Architects, Project Managers, and Construction Executives) across the United States via LinkedIn.
- Profile Management: Maintain and optimize LinkedIn profiles to ensure a highly professional image that aligns with our brand.
- Lead Generation: Initia te conversations, handle initial inquiries, and qualify leads to pitch our construction estimation services.
- Content Engagement: Interact with relevant industry posts, groups, and discussions to increase brand visibility in the US market.
- Daily Tracking: Maintain a clean record of daily outreach volume, responses, and pipeline leads.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate degree (minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing field).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience handling LinkedIn marketing, lead generation, or cold outreach specifically for the US construction estimation or architectural services market.
- Communication Skills: Strong written English skills with the ability to write natural, persuasive, and professional messages.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working the night shift consistently to match US time zones.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of construction estimation, architectural drawings, or project blueprints is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or basic CRM tools is a plus.
