Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Expert to help generate qualified leads and build strong business relationships through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
- Send targeted connection requests and personalized outreach messages.
- Manage daily outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain professional communication aligned with the company’s brand voice.
- Track outreach performance and maintain records in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to improve outreach strategies.
- Monitor response rates and optimize messaging to increase conversions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B sales.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle outreach targets and work independently.
- Strong research and networking skills.
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cold messaging or email outreach.
- Knowledge of B2B lead generation strategies.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.
Pay: Rs9,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
