LinkedIn Outreach Representative

Description: In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling all elements of B2B LinkedIn outreach campaigns including building lead lists, setting up LinkedIn outreach sequences/cadences and ensuring the delivery of messages to target customers. Please note that this position entails sending hundreds of LinkedIn connection requests and messages on a daily basis.

Timings: 5 pm to 2 am

Tasks:

• Reach out to potential B2B customers through LinkedIn campaigns and inform them about our services and offerings
• Develop sequences and cadences using LinkedIn
• Understand our target audience and develop our LinkedIn list using different lead generation tools and softwares
• Create and maintain LinkedIn databases for relevant leads
• Create and execute LinkedIn campaigns to support the team
• Produce error-free copy and proofread LinkedIn messages for clarity, grammar and spelling
• Examine campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Develop and upgrade our LinkedIn messages templates using graphics, customization and advanced features
• Support various approaches and design interactional LinkedIn messages

Requirements:

• Past experience in handling LinkedIn marketing tools for example SocialPilot, Crystal, IFTTT, AeroLeads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc
• Past experience in handling CRM and/or sales outreach tools like Hubspot, Klenty, Apollo, etc
• Proven experience in managing in a B2B LinkedIn marketing program for any company
• Stellar communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, Marketing or a related field
• Strong organization skills to be able to track progress
