LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring a Lead Generator / Lead Research Specialist to identify, research, and qualify high-intent prospects across LinkedIn, Fiverr, and Upwork.

This is a full-time, onsite role focused on lead accuracy and relevance not volume scraping, in direct support of our sales and business development teams.

The ideal candidate combines sharp research instincts with disciplined data hygiene, understanding that one accurate, well-qualified lead consistently outperforms a hundred unverified contacts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Sourcing & Research

- Identify and qualify prospects using defined ICP criteria

- Source leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator with a focus on quality and intent

- Research active buyers and clients on Fiverr and Upwork platforms

- Validate decision-maker roles, buyer intent, and lead relevance prior to data capture

Data Capture & Segmentation

- Collect and verify lead data: name, title, company, profile URLs, location, company size, and email where required

- Segment and tag leads by priority tier and use case

- Eliminate duplicate and outdated records from all lists

Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain clean, structured lead lists across Google Sheets, Excel, and/or CRM

- Keep lead status and notes consistently updated

- Deliver daily or weekly performance reports aligned with SOPs

- Continuously refine lead quality, targeting accuracy, and process efficiency

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation and prospecting

- SaaS marketing background: understanding of SaaS buyer personas, ICP-driven prospecting, and how lead quality connects to trial sign-ups, demo pipelines, or revenue growth

- Hands-on experience in B2B sales and SaaS outreach, prior involvement in outbound prospecting, cold outreach campaigns, or SDR/BDR-style workflows within a B2B or SaaS context

- Strong research, lead validation, and data accuracy skills

- Demonstrated experience with ICP-based targeting and segmentation

- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel for structured data management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Lead sourcing experience on Fiverr and/or Upwork platforms

- Background in B2B services, marketing agencies, or freelance ecosystems

- Familiarity with outreach sequences or sales pipeline workflows

- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho
