Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing, with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential leads and target audiences
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Develop, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using automation tools
- Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices for outbound lead generation
- Actively conduct headhunting to identify and engage high-quality prospects
Requirements
- 5–6 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong copywriting and personalization skills for outreach campaigns
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
