Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing, with exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential leads and target audiences
  • Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Develop, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using automation tools
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions)
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices for outbound lead generation
  • Actively conduct headhunting to identify and engage high-quality prospects

Requirements

  • 5–6 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong copywriting and personalization skills for outreach campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
