Job Title: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist – Business Development
Location: On-site (Green Acres Housing Society)
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach
Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6
years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing, with
exceptional communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify high-potential leads and target audiences
● Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn
Sales Navigator
● Develop, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using automation tools
● Track and analyze performance metrics (open rates, response rates,
conversions)
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
● Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices for outbound lead
generation
● Actively conduct headhunting to identify and engage high-quality prospects
Requirements
● 5–6 years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong copywriting and personalization skills for outreach campaigns
● Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools
● Familiarity with CRM platforms
● Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
