Position: Sales Development Representative
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Focus: 100% LinkedIn Organic Outreach (No Paid Ads)
Location: Mohali (Onsite Only)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research ideal customer profiles (ICPs) on LinkedIn
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead research
- Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations (non-pushy social selling)
- Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings / demo calls
- Maintain daily outreach targets and activity logs
- Update lead status and notes in CRM / tracking sheets
- Coordinate with sales / pre-sales team for handover of qualified leads
Mandatory Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach / lead generation / SDR role
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong prospect research and personalization skills
- Ability to write clear, professional and engaging LinkedIn messages
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken) – mandatory
- Comfortable handling daily outreach targets and follow-ups
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience in B2B / IT services / SaaS lead generation
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
- Experience targeting global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East)
- Understanding of social selling and consultative outreach
