Linkedin Sales Development Representative

Position: Sales Development Representative

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Focus: 100% LinkedIn Organic Outreach (No Paid Ads)

Location: Mohali (Onsite Only)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research ideal customer profiles (ICPs) on LinkedIn
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and lead research
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations (non-pushy social selling)
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings / demo calls
  • Maintain daily outreach targets and activity logs
  • Update lead status and notes in CRM / tracking sheets
  • Coordinate with sales / pre-sales team for handover of qualified leads

Mandatory Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach / lead generation / SDR role
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong prospect research and personalization skills
  • Ability to write clear, professional and engaging LinkedIn messages
  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken) – mandatory
  • Comfortable handling daily outreach targets and follow-ups

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B / IT services / SaaS lead generation
  • Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar
  • Experience targeting global markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East)
  • Understanding of social selling and consultative outreach
