Job Title: Business Development Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

Experience Required: 1 – 4 years

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify and connect with B2B prospects. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build a quality sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms to research and identify potential B2B prospects.
  • Conduct targeted outreach (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls) to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Schedule and book discovery calls/meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly outreach, lead generation, and meeting booking targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or sales support roles.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in IT/Software/SaaS industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
