Job Description:
OOP Technologies is looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Specialist to manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, profile optimization, and outreach strategies targeting international (USA-based) clients. You will play a key role in building professional connections, generating business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize company and personal LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic strategies
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns to engage potential USA-based clients
• Create and manage LinkedIn content (posts, articles, and engagement strategies)
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and lead generation metrics
• Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm changes and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a LinkedIn Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation and outreach techniques
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for international clients)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
