Our danish client designs, manufactures, and sells high-quality e-cigarette and vaping products. We focus on delivering simple, reliable alternatives to traditional smoking while expanding our B2B distribution network globally. We are looking for a LinkedIn & Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale our B2B lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads

  • Manage and optimize Linkedin account and master Lead Generation
  • ⁠Keep a strong Linkedin Presence
  • Develop and implement B2B lead generation strategies targeting distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
  • Create, test, and optimize ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
  • Perform keyword research and audience segmentation aligned with B2B intent
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, ROI, conversion rates, and other KPIs
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking, analytics, and reporting systems
  • Stay up to date with platform policies and best practices, especially for restricted industries

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working as a LinkedIn Specialist
  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation funnels
  • Experience targeting decision-makers and business audiences
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance
  • Experience working within restricted or regulated industries is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience in vape, tobacco alternatives, or similar industries
  • Knowledge of international campaign management (EU/US markets)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or outreach strategies
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Strong copywriting skills for B2B ads
