Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven LinkedIn Strategist who can take full ownership of our LinkedIn presence and turn it into a consistent lead generation channel. This is not a basic posting or outreach role, we need someone who understands profile optimization, content strategy, and how to generate qualified leads through LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for maximum visibility, credibility, and conversions
- Develop and execute a strong content strategy (posts, hooks, storytelling, positioning)
- Plan and manage consistent content calendars
- Execute strategic outreach and engagement to generate qualified leads
- Build and nurture relationships through LinkedIn messaging
- Identify and target the right audience and ICP
- Track and improve key metrics (reach, engagement, replies, leads generated)
- Stay updated with LinkedIn algorithm trends and best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a LinkedIn Strategist or similar role
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn growth and lead generation strategies
- Excellent content writing and communication skills
- Ability to generate leads organically through content and outreach
- Experience working with personal brands, founders, or B2B businesses
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling LinkedIn accounts
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or automation tools
