Re:link by Linklaters Opportunity: Commercial Technology Lawyer (6-Month Contract, Abu Dhabi)


Re:link, Linklaters’ contract lawyer platform, is seeking a talented Commercial Technology Lawyer for an exciting six-month contract supporting a Linklaters client in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on procurement, commercial and digital matters, including technology and digital transformation projects such as digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, and a range of procurement and other contracts (for example software licenses, cloud services, and consultancy agreements).


We welcome applications from lawyers who meet the following criteria:


Experience

  • Minimum of four years’ post-qualification experience advising on TMT matters, gained at a top-tier law firm or through equivalent in-house or secondment roles
  • Ideally, recent in-house legal experience within the TMT sector in the Middle East


Eligibility

  • Legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates and a current practising certificate


Availability

  • Able to start promptly
  • Willing to work on site in Abu Dhabi at least three days per week (with two days working from home)
