Linux Server & DevOps Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Linux Server & DevOps Specialist to urgently diagnose and resolve high server load issues on our production environment.

This is a critical, time-sensitive task, and we need someone who can quickly identify the root cause and implement a long-term, stable solution (not temporary fixes).

Scope of Work

• Investigate and resolve high server load / performance bottlenecks
• Analyze logs and processes across:
• Apache
• PHP-FPM
• MySQL
• System/server logs
• Identify root cause (traffic spikes, inefficient queries, misconfigurations, etc.)
• Optimize:
• CPU, RAM, and I/O usage
• Web server and database performance
• Configure and secure:
• Cloudflare (WAF, rate limiting, caching)
• Firewall (UFW or CSF)
• Detect and mitigate:
• Bot traffic
• Abusive requests / attacks

Post-Stabilization Task

• Migrate from Apache to LiteSpeed (OpenLiteSpeed or LiteSpeed Enterprise)
• Configure and optimize LiteSpeed for performance and scalability
• Ensure compatibility with existing applications (cPanel environment)

✅ Requirements

• Strong experience with Linux servers + cPanel/WHM
• Deep expertise in:
• Apache
• PHP-FPM tuning
• MySQL optimization
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare (WAF, caching, security rules)
• Proven experience with LiteSpeed setup and optimization
• Strong knowledge of server security and firewall configuration
• Ability to work quickly under pressure and handle urgent production issues

• Dedicated server:
• 32 CPU cores
• 128 GB RAM
• NVMe storage
• cPanel / WHM
• Cloudflare (active)

• Has handled high-load production incidents
• Can quickly diagnose root causes, not just treat symptoms
• Communicates clearly and provides a brief report of findings + fixes
• Available to start immediately
