Job Overview

The organization is seeking a qualified System Administrator to manage servers, dedicated hosting environments, websites, databases, security systems, and the overall IT infrastructure. The role requires expertise in Linux administration, cPanel hosting, and dedicated server management. The System Administrator will ensure smooth IT operations and provide support to internal teams as well as clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain servers, dedicated hosting environments, cPanel/WHM, and cloud platforms.

* Administer website hosting, domain management, DNS configuration, and email systems (Office365, GSuite, Zoho).

* Ensure system security through firewalls, SSL configuration, malware protection, and regular backups.

* Troubleshoot server, hardware, network, and software issues.

* Perform system migrations, upgrades, backup management, and performance monitoring.

* Collaborate with internal teams including PHP, UI/UX, WordPress, App Development, Marketing, Accounts, QA, Sales, HR, vendors, and clients.

* Respond to incidents promptly and ensure overall IT stability.

Technical Requirements

* Strong experience in Linux administration (mandatory)

* cPanel/WHM expertise (mandatory)

* Dedicated server management (mandatory)

* Website hosting management (mandatory)

* Knowledge of Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL

* Experience with AWS, Plesk, Proxmox, VMware, CloudLinux

* Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs

* Experience with CSF, ModSecurity, Cloudflare, Imunify360, ClamAV

* Scripting knowledge: Python, Bash, or PowerShell

* Experience with system monitoring, backup, and recovery tools

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related field

* RHCSA or RHCE certifications preferred

* Prior experience in system administration and cloud environment management
