Lipscomb Academy Summer Experience - Lipscomb Student Workers (High School & University)

Are you eager to make a difference, work hard, and have fun this summer? Lipscomb Academy is looking for enthusiastic and responsible high school and university student workers to support our Summer Experience camps and activities! This is your chance to gain valuable experience, earn some money and be a part of something exciting on campus. May be federal work study eligible if a Lipscomb University Student.

Dates of Summer Experience Offerings:
May 26 - July 31 (Holiday Observance: July 4)

Qualifications:

• Current students at Lipscomb Academy & University (high school students must be entering 9th-12th grade).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work well with children in a camp setting.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Reliability, responsibility, and punctuality are essential.

• Previous experience with children (e.g., babysitting, tutoring, or volunteering) is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children in a variety of versatile activities, including:

  • Sports and Physical Activities:

  • Arts and Crafts:

  • Outdoor Adventures:

  • Gaming

  • STEM/Academic Enrichment:

• Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times.

• Support camp leaders with planning and executing activities, providing a positive experience for all participants.

• Act as a positive role model for campers, fostering teamwork, creativity, and responsibility.
