Liquid Production Manager (Ankara Plant)

What You´ll Do

• Leading and organizing production operations as per Safety, Quality, Cost-effectiveness and on-time delivery KPIs through engaging the team
• Daily following - up manufacturing processes, KPI, OEE
• Planning or organization of workshop floor flow, machinery, investment and maintenance
• Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
• Maintaining highest standards of safety, quality and productivity on the production shop floor
• Determining and implementing improvements to the production process
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including maintenance, logistic, quality and management
• Assuming responsibility of hiring, training and keeping the production team motivated
• Sets up and executes development plans for production personnel
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Having Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• 9 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance operations in managerial positions within a factory organization
• Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Advance knowledge MS Office applications
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Locate or willing to locate in Ankara
