About the Role:
As a CBRE LIS Supervisor, you will be responsible forsupervising the day-to-day service solutions of an assigned team to ensureservices are delivered in a safe, timely manner. This job is part of theCritical and Technical Services job function. They are responsible fortechnical maintenance services in critical client environments.
What You’ll Do: Oversee, plan,direct, and schedule day-to-day and long-range team activities. Review and update equipment, maintenance, and calibrationprocedures. Implement client scope of services and ensure all programsand procedures are being properly followed. Manage contractor specifications, problems/issues,performance, and administration. Verify compliance with performance, safety, statutory, andregulatory requirements, and company policies, standards, and procedures. Process performance metrics. This includes tracking,evaluating, and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, andcustomer satisfaction. Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, bettermethods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depthknowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function. Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise inmost or all areas within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent withCBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, oftenat senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view. Impact theachievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives acrossmulti-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact thedesign of procedures and policies. Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/oroperational plans in support of achieving functional goals. Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability toinfluence.
What You’ll Need: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5-8years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination ofexperience and education will be considered. Prior shift management orsupervisory experience preferred. Meet the physical requirements of this role includingstooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyondexisting solutions. Ability to solve unique problems using standard andinnovative solutions having a broad impact on the business. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitivemindset. Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculatesomewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and otherfinancial-related calculations.
