The Listing Administrator will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and optimizing all property listings across online portals. The role requires close attention to detail to ensure listings meet quality standards, maintain visibility, and reflect accurate value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily all active listings on property portals, ensuring accuracy, visibility (featured/priority), and quality compliance.
  • Track and analyze listing performance across communities in Dubai to ensure full coverage and market presence.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Director and relevant agents, covering listing activity, performance, and portal analytics.
  • Monitor “Super Agent” and “True Broker” statuses on portals, ensuring Betterhomes maintains top recognition and compliance.
  • Identify gaps in listings or community coverage and escalate to relevant teams for corrective action.
  • Assist with advertising activities on portals, including uploading content, optimizing featured listings, and liaising with the Marketing team.
  • Work with agents to ensure property details, media, and descriptions meet company and portal standards.
  • Analyze portal metrics (leads, impressions, conversions) and recommend improvements to enhance exposure and lead generation.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in real estate listing administration or a similar listings/advertising management role.
  • Strong knowledge of property portals and real estate listing requirements in Dubai.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to generate clear performance reports.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with sales agents and marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with community mapping and coverage strategies across Dubai.

  • Previous experience in real estate brokerage or developer sales environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to generate clear performance reports.
