Listing Agent

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our dynamic team at DNL Properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property listings, coordinating with landlords and developers, and ensuring all property details are accurate and up to date across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling clients to obtain the maximum number of property listings and ensure updated information.
• Follow up with clients on a regular basis to maintain strong relationships and secure new listings.
• Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams to gather property details and photos.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, attractive, and compliant with company standards.
• Monitor and update property availability regularly.
• Support the sales team with property-related information and marketing material.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate listing is a must.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in English
