Property Shop Investment is looking for a motivated and professional Listing Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. If you have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description

• Source, list, and market residential and/or commercial properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients
• Conduct property inspections and viewings with prospective clients
• Prepare and manage property listings across various platforms
• Negotiate terms and conditions between sellers, landlords, and clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay up to date with real estate market trends and pricing
• Ensure all listings comply with company standards and legal requirements

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Listing Agent or in real estate sales/leasing (preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM systems
• Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations)
