Job Title: Listing Agent – PSI Assets / Property Shop Investment

Job Description

As a Listing Agent, you’ll play a key role in representing property sellers and managing their listings throughout the selling or leasing process. The role focuses on maximizing the exposure and sale potential of residential and/or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and list properties for sale or lease, building a strong property portfolio.
• Conduct thorough property inspections and assessments.
• Prepare, manage, and publish property listings across online portals and company platforms.
• Create attractive, professional property descriptions and marketing materials.
• Advise property owners on pricing based on market analysis and trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (sellers / landlords).
• Act as primary contact between sellers and prospective buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate offers and terms to achieve successful sales or lease agreements.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on local market conditions, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant legal requirements.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the Listing Agent role, candidates typically need the following:

Education & Experience

• Proven experience in real estate sales/listing or related property roles (experience in listings is preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems, property portals (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder), and sales tools is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication (spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage owners and potential buyers/tenants.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and handle multiple listings.
• Professional demeanor, strong organization, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the local Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate-related technology.
• A valid real estate license or relevant certification may be required depending on regulations.
