Job Position- (Listing Agent, Holiday Homes/Real Estate)

Location- Abu Dhabi

Minimum Years of Experience - 3 to 6

Vanilla Homes (a sister company of PSI and PSI Assets) is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Business Development professional to lead and execute our portfolio growth strategy.

Role Summary:

This role plays a key part in driving property acquisitions, building strong partnerships, and creating long-term owner relationships while ensuring alignment with our brand standards, operational capacity, and profitability goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of UAE holiday homes, real estate, and STR regulations
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and commercial acumen
• Strategic mindset with strong operational awareness
• Ability to balance growth with quality and brand integrity
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or real estate
• Proven track record of closing deals
• Experience in hospitality or holiday homes is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new property listings (holiday homes and residential properties)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords
• Conduct property evaluations and recommend competitive pricing strategies
• Prepare and manage listing agreements and required documentation
• Coordinate professional photography, staging, and marketing of properties
• Promote listings through various channels (online portals, social media, internal database)
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and close deals efficiently
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Achieve monthly and quarterly listing targets
