We are looking for a motivated Listing Agent to join our team and contribute to the growth of our property portfolio.

Position Overview

The Listing Agent will be responsible for sourcing new properties, maintaining relationships with property owners, and securing quality listings for the company's sales and leasing divisions. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking and negotiation skills who are passionate about the Abu Dhabi real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source residential and commercial properties for sale and lease across Abu Dhabi
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors
• Conduct property inspections and gather accurate property information
• Secure new property listings and exclusive mandates
• Negotiate listing agreements and terms with property owners
• Coordinate with marketing and portal teams to ensure timely and accurate property advertising
• Maintain updated property records and documentation within the CRM system
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify listing opportunities
• Follow up with property owners regularly to maintain strong business relationships
• Achieve monthly listing acquisition targets

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate, preferably in listings, sales, leasing, or property acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and real estate processes
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
