About the Role

RE/MAX Smart Concept Real Estate is expanding and looking for motivated Listing Agents to join our Abu Dhabi team.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners
• Conduct meetings to evaluate properties and present listing strategies
• Provide market insights including pricing trends and comparable properties
• Advise clients on the best approach to maximize property value (sale or rent)
• Secure listing agreements and ensure accurate documentation
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create high-quality property listings
• Generate new listing opportunities through networking and outreach
• Work closely with sales and leasing teams to support deal closures
• Track listing performance and provide regular updates

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates without real estate experience are welcome
• Currently based in the UAE with understanding of local work culture
• Willing to relocate/work in Abu Dhabi
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Professional, confident, and client-focused

Preferred

• UAE driving license and own car (advantage)
• Multilingual candidates are highly preferred
