  1. Litigation Management

Lead end-to-end litigation management, civil and criminal matters, land matters, drafting of legal notice and reply to legal notices, court pleadings and coordination with external counsel in litigation matters.

2.Contract Management: Draft, review and negotiate EPC, construction, project contract, service provider contracts and various customer documentation, marketing and vendor contracts, sales/ lease documentation, project contracts, construction agreements, investment and transactional agreements, settlement agreements etc. ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.

3.Operational Compliance : Advising on compliance with statutory laws and regulation like Labour, Environment, DPDP etc. Supervising legal and regulatory compliance audits and guidance’s

4.Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential legal risks associated with operational activities, proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.

5.Collaborative and communication: Impeccable linguistics- written and oral. Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and legal counsel to address legal concerns.


10 to 12 years from a reputed developer or EPC or construction company or FMCG in NCR.

5 years integrated legal course / 3 years LL.B from premier law institute.
