Litigation Associate

Snellings Law LLC is a law firm located in Parsippany, NJ. We look to hire a full-time litigation associate. We offer a competitive compensation package, including 401(k), paid holidays and personal/vacation time, and reimbursement for CLE courses.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions and other litigation-related documents
• Prepare post-judgment documents including writs of execution, wage garnishment applications and information subpoenas
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel and Courts
• Attend motion hearings, mediations and arbitrations
• Assist with new client intake

Ideally, the candidate should have 0-2 years of litigation experience. The candidate will be required to be licensed in New Jersey.
