Litigation Associate

Small, busy and fast-paced Concord, MA law office seeks a part-time litigation associate to join our team. We are looking for a friendly self-starter who has the ability to work independently, yet willing to be a team player in the firm.

New attorneys and recent law school graduates considered. Applicant must have excellent attention to detail. Judicial internship and/or clinical litigation experience a plus.

The ultimate candidate would be extremely organized, and have some work years of litigation experience under their belt. The hope is you would be able to jump right in, organize files, help with research, and work on all aspects of our current and incoming litigation cases.

The majority of our current files are personal injury, real estate litigation, and business litigation. We have some court appearances that may be necessary, including appearances in Superior Court, District Court, Housing Court, and Probate and Family Court.

Although there will be times when being in the office, or in a courtroom would be necessary; this is a part-time position, where we can have flexibility with work hours and days, in order to fit both of our needs.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
