Litigation Associate

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a multi office plaintiff law firm in Irvine looking for a full time Litigation Associate . The firm has roughly 20 attorneys across California, Hawaii, Arizona and New Mexico and their main practice areas include construction defect, class action and consumer law.

This is truly a family-oriented environment where the partners care about their employees. They are open to any type of background (Plaintiff, Defense, or entry level) as they are willing to train. The role will have a hybrid work model with a few days remote possible after training.

Responsibilities:

• Independently work with a partner to manage a heavy caseload
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Prepare for trial
• Regularly attend court appearances, depositions, and meetings
• Communicate with clients and draft status reports

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active member of the CA state bar
• Interest in the field of law, particularly in plaintiff work
• Exposure to taking or defending depositions
• Capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously (with partner supervision)
