Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing a diverse caseload, providing exceptional legal representation to our clients, and contributing to all aspects of litigation from pre-trial preparations to trial execution.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of litigation strategies

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs

Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout the litigation process

Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information

Prepare for trials by organizing evidence, preparing witnesses, and developing trial strategies
-
Participate in depositions and other discovery processes
-
File motions and other court documents in compliance with legal procedures
-
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate
-
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage evidence effectively
-
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation matters
Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
-
Active state bar membership
-
2+ years of experience in litigation or a related field

Strong legal writing and research skills
-
Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Experience with trial preparation and court filings
-
Familiarity with discovery processes and deposition techniques
