Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a professional and skilled Litigation Trial Attorney to join our firm and play an integral role on our growing litigation team in our Houston, TX office. The candidate should be interested in all aspects of the practice, including briefing, depositions, motion practice, trials and arbitration, and client contact and development. Texas Bar License REQUIRED

Job duties include:

• Attending Hearings
• Attending/Taking/Defending Depositions
• Drafting Motions and Responses to Motions
• Reviewing and approving discovery
• Attending Trial - Includes attending as a second chair attorney and an opportunity to first chair cases at trial.
• Drafting summaries and reports
• Communicate with clients
• Time keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Travel around the Houston area required. Minimal travel outside the Houston area.
