Litigation Associate Attorney

Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC seeks an associate attorney with one to three years of experience in civil litigation, insurance defense preferred but not required. Member of Georgia Bar.

Up to 50% work from home after initial in-office training. Responsibilities to include handling written discovery, depositions, motions (strong legal research and writing skills required), witness and trial preparation assistance, all leading to substantial client contact and eventually first-chair responsibility.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
