Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a highly qualified Litigation Associate Attorney with a focus on health care litigation to join a leading international law firm’s California offices (Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco). This is an excellent opportunity for a 2–5 year associate to work on complex and high-profile matters, including healthcare litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations within a collaborative and nationally recognised practice.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a broad range of civil litigation matters with a focus on healthcare-related disputes
• Draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law
• Conduct legal research and manage written discovery
• Support and participate in class actions, commercial litigation, and arbitration proceedings
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client advisory matters
• Engage in all phases of litigation from case development through resolution

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of litigation experience
• Experience with written discovery, legal research, and drafting motions
• Health care litigation experience preferred but not required
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Member in good standing of the California Bar
